My dad and I went to this K Dermatology to get his cyst remove on August. We have paid everything upfront and got a receipt. 5 months later, they sent a SURPRISE BILL saying that we have to pay for a lab fee that I was not aware of at all. We had paid everything upfront and we were not NOTICED that there was another lab fee that we have to pay. I was super frustrated to find out that 5 months later, I have to pay 50 fee that no one did not highlight to me at all. I read through the paper and no one did not inform ahead of time at all. I look at the review for K dermatology before coming and had trust that Dr. Koriakos and her teams were reliable. Even though Dr. Koriakos and the staff were nice, WE ARE FRUSTRATED to find that there was fee we were not aware of. This is the worst experience ever when you find out after 5 MONTHS LATER that you have to pay a lab fee that no one have told us at all. I DONT often give bad rating UNLESS I have BAD experience like this place.

We went here with our 6 month old. They are super sweet! Very clean office and beautiful. We were in and out pretty quick. The staff was very caring and attentive. Overall wonderful experience, we’ll be going back with any other questions or concerns we may have and for follow ups.

I had my first appointment yesterday. The office is very nice. The front desk receptionists were very kind. The nurse was very kind. I really liked Dr K. She addressed my concerns and went above and beyond to help me. I would highly recommend this office to anyone that has a dermatological issue.

This was my first visit and it was a very good experience from beginning to end. On arriving, with everyone in masks, I was greeted and checked in. We were placed so that we were spaced according to social distancing guidelines. The staff was constantly cleaning after each of us were checked in and the wait was minimal. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I saw the doctor quickly and she answered all questions. The office was quite busy but run very efficiently. No time was wasted. It was a very pleasant experience.

This was my follow up visit . I was very pleased each visit with the staff who are friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Dr. K listens and does a great job of explaining what she sees , the diagnosis and the treatment needed. She is very kind, caring , friendly, and interested. Even though I have moved to a town 60 miles from her Richardson clinic, I will continue using her as my dermatologist. Thank you Dr. K and staff!
